'PASD' was conceived and founded in 2001 by Mary Mackenzie, a Certified Virtual Assistant, with over 20 years PA/secretarial background in the legal/finance industry, to provide flexible professional support to business people of all categories with varying levels of need. Mary retired in March 2004 and the Company has been taken over by Diane Jones formerly IT,Operations & Marketing director of a firm of financial advisers. She, together with a number of associates, provide an acknowledged first class service to a wide range of clients.
Virtual assistance is still a relatively new concept here in the UK, however it is becoming more widely accepted as a medium for outsourcing combining time management and cost effectiveness.
